- 4 lbs ground beef
- 8 saltines, crushed
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning (Meat Magic preferred)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (Try Me Tiger Sauce preferred)
- 2 12 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 jumbo egg
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 13 cup grated romano cheese
- 14 cup barbecue sauce
- 14 cup red wine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Combine all ingredients except the 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and the wine.

3Mix very well with hands.

4Shape into a loaf shape.

5Place in lightly greased baking pan.

6Bake for 1 hour, draining grease if necessary.

7Combine remaining barbecue sauce and wine.

8Pour over top of meatloaf.

9Bake an additional 1 hour.

10Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
