  • 2 each flour tortillas, whole wheat 8-inch, or regular tortillas
  • 1/2 cup refried beans homemade or store-bought
  • 4 tablespoons salsa homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons pickled jalapenos chopped
  • 4 tablespoons cilantro freshly chopped
  • 1 each scallions, spring or green onions sliced
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

    Warm flour tortillas in Microwave for about 10 seconds.

    Place tortillas on cutting board or flat working surface.

    Spoon half amount of all filling ingredients onto each tortilla on center part.
