- 1 lb Smoked Sausage; cut into chunks
- 4 each Jalapenos; sliced
- 1 each Green bell pepper; cut into bite-size chunks
- 1 each Sweet Onion; cut into bite-size chunks
- 1/4 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 10 oz Sweet and Sour Sauce
Directions

1Make a foil cooking bag.

2Add sausage, peppers, and onion in foil bag.

3Mix hot sauce with the Sweet and Sour Sauce in a small bowl.

4Pour over mixture in foil bag and seal edge tightly.

5Place bag on grill, turning about every 15 minutes; cooking for about 45 minutes.

6Slit open and serve right out of bag.

7Excellent served over rice.
