Big Orange Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 2 1/2 c. white chocolate morsels
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
  • 3 Tbsp. orange flavoring
  • 10 drops yellow food coloring
  • 5 drops red food coloring

Directions

    Bring sugar, milk and margarine to a boil.

    Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add white chocolate morsels and marshmallow cream.

    Mix well.

    Remove 1 to 1 1/2 cups of

    mixture and set aside.

    To remainder of mix, add flavorings and food coloring. Mix well and pour into 9 x 13 buttered pan.

    Drop white chocolate by spoonfuls on top of the orange.

    Swirl through with a knife. Chill and cut with knife.
