- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp. dill seed
- 1 lb. fish fillets (such as cod, flounder and pollack)
Directions

1Stir salad dressing, lemon juice, peel and dill seed until blended.

2Place fish on greased grill or racks of broiler pan. Brush with half of the sauce.

3Grill or broil 5 to 8 minutes, turn and brush with remaining sauce.

4Continue grilling or broiling for 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with forks.

5Makes 4 to 5 servings.
