Ingredients

  • 6 cups of greens (lettuce, spinach, kale, arugula, etc.)
  • 2 cups of mixed fresh veggies
  • 1 Tablespoon of nuts or seeds
  • 3 T. raisins, craisins or other dried fruit.
  • 3 oz. chicken, tofu or fish
  • Any veggie leftovers

Directions

    Place first 4 ingredients in large bowl to toss.

    Fill gallon sized plastic bag with salad mix or 6 individual plastic baggies.

    Fill individual plastic baggies with remaining ingredients. Use for lunches.
