- 3/4 c. 115~ water
- 3/4 c. 115~ milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 c. flour
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°; lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.

2Dissolve yeast in water.

3Blend in milk, 2 eggs and oil.

4Add sugar, salt and 5 cups flour (1 cup at a time) and stir well.

5Add 1 cup flour gradually to make a soft, but not sticky dough.
