  • 3/4 c. 115~ water
  • 3/4 c. 115~ milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. coarse salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°; lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.

    Dissolve yeast in water.

    Blend in milk, 2 eggs and oil.

    Add sugar, salt and 5 cups flour (1 cup at a time) and stir well.

    Add 1 cup flour gradually to make a soft, but not sticky dough.
