- 1 pt. cherry vanilla ice cream
- 5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
- 30 to 35 miniature candy Valentine hearts or jelly beans
Directions

1Using a melon ball scoop, make 30 to 35 small ice cream balls. Place on a chilled baking sheet lined with waxed paper and place in freezer.

2Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat.

3Stir in evaporated milk.

4Allow to cool as ice cream hardens in freezer for about 2 hours.

5Remove ice cream balls and dip them, one at a time, into chocolate sauce.

6Press miniature Valentine's Day heart onto each chocolate covered ice cream ball. Replace on waxed paper and return baking sheet to freezer to reharden before serving.
