- 2 c. Swans Down cake flour
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 c. Crisco
- 5 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
Directions

1Cream sugar and Crisco together first.

2Then add some flour, a tablespoon of orange juice and an egg.

3Alternate this until all is mixed well.

4Then add flavoring.

5Mix well.

6Pour into cake pan that is well greased.

7Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 300°. Butter-flavored Crisco is best for this cake.
