  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 18 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 14 cups chicken broth
  • 2 12 cups long grain white rice

Directions

    Cover bottom of pan with olive oil.

    Saute garlic, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper and pepper flakes in olive oil.

    Add chicken broth and bring to a hard boil.

    Add rice and bring to a hard boil stirring occasionally.

    Reduce to lowest heat and cover.

    Cook on low for 22-27 minutes.
