- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 18 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 14 cups chicken broth
- 2 12 cups long grain white rice
Directions

1Cover bottom of pan with olive oil.

2Saute garlic, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper and pepper flakes in olive oil.

3Add chicken broth and bring to a hard boil.

4Add rice and bring to a hard boil stirring occasionally.

5Reduce to lowest heat and cover.

6Cook on low for 22-27 minutes.
