  • -4 medium size fresh water catfish filets
  • -6 roma/plum tomatoes sliced into quarter-inch thick semi-circles
  • -1/2 cup of white wine
  • -1 tbl spoon worcestershire
  • -1 tbl spoon dry oregano
  • -2 cloves of garlic (pressed)
  • -2 tbl spoons of ketchup (just like adding a little sugar)
  • -extra virgin olive-oil
  • -Brown-n-Serve Rolls

Make sure the dish can accomodate all the fillets side-by-side, so they are not on top of each other.","2":"Mix all the ingrediants but the catfish in the baking dish, then add the catfish to the mix.","4":"Make sure the filets are fully coated, then add a pinch of oregano to the top of each one.","6":"-Cover with tin-foil and bake for 15 min.","8":"-Remove cover and spoon sauce over the filets, then place back in oven for an additional 5 min.","10":"-Total time in the oven is 20 min. Be sure and remember to put the brown-and-serve rolls in the oven at the appropriate time to have them ready at the same time as the meal. Most brands I've used take anwhere from 10-15 min."}
