- 2 2/3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 2.5 tbsp dried pineapple, finely chopped
- 2/3 cup yogurt + extra, to serve
- 1/2 None medium apple, peeled and coarsely grated
- 2.5 oz fresh blueberries, to serve
Directions

1Combine oats, milk, apple juice, honey and raisins in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2Add pineapple, yogurt and apple. Divide between 8 small glasses. Top with extra yogurt and blueberries. Serve.
