Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 2.5 tbsp dried pineapple, finely chopped
  • 2/3 cup yogurt + extra, to serve
  • 1/2 None medium apple, peeled and coarsely grated
  • 2.5 oz fresh blueberries, to serve

Directions

    Combine oats, milk, apple juice, honey and raisins in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Add pineapple, yogurt and apple. Divide between 8 small glasses. Top with extra yogurt and blueberries. Serve.
