- 1 x Kilo (2.2 lbs.) of beef rib in pcs.
- 6 x Cloves garlic
- 1 x Onion
- 3 x Laurel leaves
- 1 pch Cumin Chili guajillo as desired Salt Pepper
Directions

1Cook the meat with the garlic and onion in sufficient water to immerse them.

2Toast, hollow out and soak the chilis (approximately 5 min).

3Liquify them in the water they soaked in.

4Strain the sauce from the chili into the pot in that the meat is cooking.

5Add in 3 small laurel leaves, cumin, salt and pepper.

6Wait till the meat is well cooked.
