  • 1/2 cups Egg Whites
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1/4 cups Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix (Or Any Cake Mix You Like)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Sprinkles
  • FOR THE GLAZE:
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Water Or Milk
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
  • Sprinkles And Whipped Cream

    ["Mix together the yogurt, egg whites and vanilla extract in a small bowl", "In a separate medium sized bowl combine all of the remaining pancake ingredients (except the candy sprinkles). Add in the yogurt mixture and whisk till evenly mixed", "Spray your non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. I spray the pan between every batch.", "Place 1/4-cup of batter onto the non-stick skillet, add some sprinkles on top of the batter and cook till bubbles start appearing through the top of the pancake. I flattened out the batter with a spatula to cook more evenly. Then flip the pancake and cook until nicely browned on the other side. About 2 minutes on each side.
