  • 12 whole Biscuits (canned)
  • 4 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1/4 cups Mini Pepperoni Slices (or 1 To 2 Normal Sized Pepperoni Slices Per Muffin Cup)
  • 1/4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.

    Place one biscuit in the bottom of each of the muffin cups and flatten them out a little. Equally divide the eggs among the muffin cups. Place the pepperoni equally in each tin and divide the cheese equally among the muffin cups.

    Place a biscuit on the top of each egg mixture. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and the eggs are set.
