- 1/3 c. butter
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 4 c. chopped tomatoes
- 12 oz. cooked ham, cut into thin strips
- 2 c. buttermilk baking mix
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet, place butter and add onion and mushrooms. Cook until tender.

2Stir in flour, parsley, marjoram, salt and pepper.

3Add hot water and bouillon granules.

4Mix well.

5Stir in tomatoes and ham.

6Cook and stir 10 minutes.

7Mix baking mix and milk.

8Stir just until moistened.

9Add cheese and drop by spoonfuls onto ham mixture.

10Bake, uncovered, until biscuits are deep golden brown and filling is bubbly, 20 minutes or so.
