- 1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. water
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. pecans
- dash of cinnamon
- refrigerator biscuits, cut into quarters
Directions

1Combine ingredients, except biscuits, and cook in microwave for 1 minute.

2Stir to mix well butter, sugar and seasonings.

3Add the quartered biscuits and stir to coat.

4Place in microwave and cook on Full power for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.

5Let stand for 2 minutes.

6Invert ring onto serving platter and serve immediately.

7Bake in ring-shaped pan.

8Yields 1 ring cake.
