  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. crumbled biscuits
  • 1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Directions

    Combine the first 5 ingredients.

    Add crumbled biscuits and, if desired, raisins, stirring well.

    Spoon into lightly greased 9-inch square pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
