  • 1 c. biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
  • 2 c. cubed, cooked meat
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked vegetables
  • 1 tsp. instant chicken or beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Stir together biscuit mix and cheese.

    Add milk and stir until well blended. On floured surface, roll dough to a 5-inch circle. Cut into 6 wedges.
