- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup shortening
- 34 cup non-fat powdered milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450.

2Mix the dry ingredients except for the dry powdered milk.

3Mix in the shortening.

4Add most of the milk then stir.

5Add more milk then knead the dough on a floured surface 10-12 times.

6Form into a ball.

7Roll out the dough and cut unto biscuits.

8Place on ungreased baking sheet.

9Bake for 12-15 minutes.
