  • 5-1/3 ounces, weight Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Or Dried Lavender Flowers

    Beat butter and sugar until mixture is light and creamy. Mix dry ingredients with lavender flowers and incorporate the butter mixture until you have a crumbly dough.

    Form a roll with the dough and cut into disks with a thickness of 1.5 cm or form small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
