  • 6 egg yolks beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour all-purpose
  • 1 cup water heated
  • 1/2 butter

    Mix sugar and flour; add lemon juice and mix until smooth.

    Add eggs and mix well.

    Add hot water gradually and cook until smooth and thick over low heat - stir with a wooden spoon.
