Bison Chili

Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. ground bison
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 46 oz. tomato juice
- 1/2 to 1 (46 oz.) can water
- 1 (31 oz.) Brooks hot chili beans
- 1/2 c. hot salsa or 1/2 c. ketchup
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooked spaghetti
Directions

1In large kettle, fry onions in small amount of margarine, then add ground bison.

2Cook until almost done.

3Combine all ingredients and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.

4Serve with crackers or toast bison cut-outs, cucumber slices and carrot sticks. Freeze in 14 to 16 ounce containers.

5Heat for 5 to 7 minutes in the microwave.
