  • 1 large (29 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 2 cans evaporated skim milk
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 4 to 5 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.

    Beat with mixer 2 minutes.

    Pour mixture into 2 greased pie pans.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
