Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped black olives
- 1/4 c. chopped smoky link sausage
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, milk, mayonnaise, onion and salt in top of double boiler.

2Stir constantly until cheese is melted and creamy.

3Remove from heat; cool slightly.

4Add small amount of warm cream cheese to beaten eggs, stirring constantly.

5Add remaining mixture.

6Add olives, sausage and Swiss cheese.

7Mix well.

8Coat tart pan with vegetable cooking spray.

9Fill each cup to the top.

10Bake 18 to 20 minutes in 350° oven.

11Let cool. Remove from pan and cool completely.

12To reheat, use 275° oven.
