Black Bean Brownies

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cups Canola Oil
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3/4 cups Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee Granules
  • 1/4 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cups Peanut Butter Chips (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Put everything into a food processor except for the chocolate and peanut butter chips. Process the ingredients until the beans are completely soft and everything is well combined. Pour the batter into a well greased or parchment lined 9x9 baking dish. Sprinkle the chocolate and peanut butter chips over the top.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. Remove from oven and allow them to cool. They taste best when cooled.
