- 1 can diced Rotel, drained
- 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 8 oz. mild Cheddar Cheese

1Spread cream cheese in the bottom of pie plate.

3Add cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
