  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • Tabasco, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 cup shredded Romaine lettuce

Directions

    In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, oil, and salt to taste.

    Stir in remaining ingredients, except lettuce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
