  • 1- 1/2 cup Fresh Or Frozen Corn
  • 1- 1/2 cup Black Beans, Drained
  • 1/2 whole Red Onion, Diced
  • 1 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice (or Juice Of 1 Lime)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 dash Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 dash Pepper

Directions

    Add everything to a large bowl and stir.

    Add more spices if needed.

    Cover and place in fridge for 1 hour or up to 1 day before serving.
