  • 2 cans of black beans
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 celery stock, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Cumin
  • Chili Powder
  • Cayenne
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

    Saute carrot, onion, and celery till softened. Stir in garlic and saute one minute more. Add beans, sprinkle in spices, and add chicken stock to cover beans.
