  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • sugar

Directions

    Soften cream cheese (45 seconds in microwave), then add egg, sugar and beat well.

    Stir in the chocolate chips; set aside. Combine dry ingredients.

    Stir in water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

    Fill paper baking cups half full with cocoa mixture.

    Spoon heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture on top.

    Sprinkle each with nuts and a little sugar.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
