- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 3 tsp. baking soda
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. water
- 1 c. oil
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine the cream cheese, beaten eggs, salt and sugar.

2Beat well.

3Stir in chocolate chips; set aside.

4Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, sugar and salt.

5Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla to dry ingredients.

6Beat well together.

7Fill 36 cupcake liners with this mixture, a little more than half.

8Drop one heaping teaspoon of first mixture on top of each.

9Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
