- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt in bowl.

2Beat well and add chocolate chips.

4Beat the rest of the ingredients until mixed well; fill cupcake liners full with this mixture.

5Top each with a heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
