  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. juice from dark sweet cherries
  • 1 (16 oz.) can dark sweet cherries, pitted and cut in half
  • 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.

    Stir in juice from cherries. Add prepared cherries.

    Stir in pineapple and pecans.

    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan.

    Refrigerate until set.
