- 6 chicken halves, boned and skinless
- 3 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
- 2 (4 oz.) jars black currant jelly
- 1/2 c. Port wine
Directions

1Heat skillet to 325° with oil in it.

2Place chicken in.

3Cook until white on both sides.

4Mix jelly and Port wine in pot on stove.

5Simmer until berries are gone.

6Pour over chicken in skillet and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender. Turn chicken often to keep flavor on both sides.
