- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon orange extract (found near the vanilla)
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions

1Cut chicken into pieces.

2In one dish, put 2 eggs with a dash of salt. In another put flour with one teaspoon garlic powder.

3Coat the chicken in the egg, then the flour.

4Brown the chicken in olive oil in a skillet.

5Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

6Mix the remaining ingredients together to form the sauce.

7Put chicken in a casserole dish. Put half the sauce over and cook for 15 minutes.

8Flip and put remaining sauce and cook for another 15 minutes.

9Serve over white rice.
