- 10 large prawns
- 5 spicy sausages
- 1/2 cup plum sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili paste
Directions

1Peel and devein prawns.

2Set aside.

3Cook the sausages until almost done.

4Cut the sausages into 1 1/2 inch pieces, then wrap a prawn around each sausage piece and put on a skewer.

5Combine the plum sauce and chile paste.

6Spread the marinade on both sides of the prawn skewers and grill 4 minutes on each side.

7Serve immediately.
