- 1 c. crushed pineapple, slightly drained

- 1/3 c. poppy seed
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients blending until smooth.

2In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix well.

3Then add wet to dry ingredients together.
