- 2 lb. headless fresh shrimp (unpeeled)
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 oz. can ground black pepper
Directions

1Place shrimp in a baking pan and completely cover with the black pepper, then with sliced margarine.

2Cover and bake in a 400° oven until shrimp turn red.

3Turn shrimp over and cook other side.

4When done, mix in juices and serve hot.

5When peeled, the shrimp get the flavor of black pepper, but not the hot taste. Serves 4.
