  • 18 1/2 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix without pudding
  • 6 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. vodka or water
  • 4 Tbsp. Kahlua
  • 3/4 c. water

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease and flour 12 cup fluted tube pan. In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, sugar, oil and eggs.

    Blend.

    Add liquid ingredients.

    Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.

    Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Cool cake in pan 10 minutes.
