  • 2 (15 oz. each) cans dark red kidney beans, undrained
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. prepared sour cream
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except sour cream and chives and place in 1-quart crock or casserole.

    Bake, covered at 325° for 1 hour (if too juicy, uncover and cook 1/2 hour longer).
