- 5-6 Ripe Bartlett Pears
- 1/2 cup Low fat Greek Yogurt
- 3 Egg Whites
- 5 tablespoons Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Rose Water
- 2 pinches Cardamom powder
- 5-6 Slivered Almonds for garnish
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dry Red Rose Petals for garnish
Directions

1Peel, core and puree the pears in a food processor

2Blend in the Yogurt, Egg Whites, Sugar, Cornstarch and Cardamom

3Transfer the mixture to a non-stick pan and simmer for 20-25 or until it thickens.

4Add the Rose Water after the contents have simmered for a while

5Pour into individual serving bowls/stem glasses, allow it to cool and refrigerate for about one and a half hours

6Garnish with Almonds & Rose Petals and serve chilled
