  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, light
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 small tomatoes halved crosswise
  • 1 x lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon caviar black, rinsed and drained, plus 1 ts

    Combine yogurt and mayonnaise and onion powder in small bowl.

    Mix well.

    Cover and chill at least one hour.

    Arrange tomato halves on lettuce lined plates and top each with 1 teaspoon yogurt mixture and 1/2 teaspoon caviar.
