  • 2 egg whites
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. finely chopped black walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

    Grease a cookie sheet and set it aside. In a small bowl beat egg whites until a soft peak forms. Gradually add sugar, beat until a stiff peak forms. Toss nuts with flour, then fold into egg mix. Drop by tsp. 1 1/2 inches apart on the greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
