- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blackberries or raspberries
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. chopped black walnuts
Directions

1Stir dry ingredients together.

2Mix berries with eggs and oil. Stir into dry ingredients, just until flour is moistened.

3Add walnuts.

4Pour into loaf pan.

5Bake in a 350° preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
