  • 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. pineapple and/or orange juice
  • 1/2 c. blackberries, run through a sieve
  • 2 c. fresh or frozen, thawed blackberries
