- 1 cup pureed blackberry
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 12 tablespoons granulated sugar
Directions

1Place mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the refrigerator or freezer for about 15 minutes or until very cold.

2Whip the cream until soft peaks form.

3Add the sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

4With a rubber spatula gently fold in the blackberry puree, leaving some streaks of the white whipping cream.

5Pour the fool into individual wine glasses.

6Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
