- 4 c. crushed berries
- 3 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Wash, rinse, drain and thoroughly crush and measure berries into kettle.

2Add the rest of the ingredients.

3Put kettle over low heat and stir mixture until sugar dissolves; then boil rapidly to or almost to jellying point or until jelly rounds up slightly in spoon.

4Remove from heat; quickly skim off foam and pour hot jam into sterilized jars and seal while hot.

5Makes 4 to 5 half pints.
