- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1In a bowl, combine sugar and flour.

2Add the corn syrup, coconut, pineapple, eggs and vanilla.

3Mix together well.

4Pour into pastry shell.

5Drizzle with melted butter.

6Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

7(If top seems to brown too quickly, cover lightly with foil.)

8Cool pie on wire rack.

9Cool before cutting.
