- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. thick blackberry jam
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- Cool Whip or prepare a meringue for topping
Directions

1Beat eggs, add sugar to which the flour has been added.

2Pour in milk, melted butter; jam and the vanilla.

3Mix well. Pour into pie shell.

4Bake 40 minutes at 425°.

5Let cool, then top with Cool Whip or meringue.
